1. First of all, Open the Google Pay for Business app.
2. Now tap on start the subscription:
   • At the top, below your business name, tap on Get started.
   • Now Under Quick Links section, you will find a option of SoundPod. Tap on it.
3. Now tap on See plans.
4. You have to Choose a service plan: Below are the plan for using GPay SoundPod. Choose one which you find suitable from these.
   • Daily plan: ₹499 Rupees one-time fee, then ₹5 Rupees per day is deducted for 25 days in a month from your settlement account.
   • Yearly plan: ₹1499 Rupees for one year (save ₹500 Rupees) is deducted from your settlement account.
   • Tip: The subscription chosen by you, from any of the above, for audio notification services runs from the date of activation and is provided annually. The above mentioned service plans are inclusive of taxes.
   • Tip: When you receive 400 payments in a month via GPay QR codes, ₹125 Rupees cashback is guaranteed.
5. Now after choosing the plan, Tap on Continue.
6. Now Tap Turn on daily settlement.
   • Important: This is must so make sure this is turned on.
7. Now select a payments profile.
   • You can choose an existing profile: Tap the profile that you want to use.
   • Or you can create a new one: Tap Create payments profile. Then, enter the account details.
8. Then Submit it.
9. Review your subscription details and there you will find the expected delivery date of the SoundPod. That’s it.

How to get cashback of Rs 125 for availing audio alerts using Gpay SoundPod?

To receive Rs 125 cashbacks, the merchants or businesses should be actively availing audio notification alerts via Google Pay SoundPod and you should accept equal to or more than 400 transactions via Google Pay QRs code. Once these requirements are met, the merchants or businesses will get cashbacks through a scratch card worth ₹125 Rupees that can be redeemed by going to“offers and rewards” section of GPay app.

Terms and conditions of Rs 125 cashback of Google Pay SoundPod

• The scratch card is valid for 28 days. If it’s not redeemed within the validity period, the scratch card expires.
• Only up to 30 transactions from a single user in a calendar month are counted for the campaign eligibility.
• Failed transactions aren’t considered eligible transactions.

Below are the steps by which you can setup your newly delivered Google Pay SoundPod:

1. First of all, press and hold the Power key for 3 seconds to turn on the GPay soundPod.
2. When the SoundPod is on and connected, the green LED will glow.
3. The SoundPod will show network strength with 4G.
4. You’ll get 2 voice prompts: “Welcome to SoundPod by Google Pay” and “Network Connected.”

Once SoundPod is connected, the sound alerts will begin to notify you of successful transactions made via the QRs code.

How to operate Google Pay SoundPod?

Operating the Google Pay SoundPod is very easy. There are 4 buttons on GPay SoundPod.

• Power: Press and hold to turn on the SoundPod.
• Volume up:
  • Press to increase the GPay SoundPod volume.
  • Press and hold to increase the sound to maximum volume.
• Volume down:
  • Press to decrease device volume.
  • Press and hold to decrease the volume to minimum.
• Menu:
  • Press once to play the last transaction.
  • Press twice to play the last 3 transactions.
  • Press and hold to display the one-time password (OTP).
  • Press and hold the Menu + press the Volume up once to display its terminal ID (TID).
  • Press and hold the Menu + press the Volume up twice to display its Firmware version.

How to view transactions on Google Pay SoundPod?

You can find all the transactions done on Google Pay SoundPod via Google Pay Business App.

The app homepage shows a transaction summary for a given time period.

• To view a summary of the past day, week, or month, tap 1Days, 7Days, or 30Days.
• To view the details of a specific transaction, tap on it.

In what cases, Google may cancel my subscriptions to GPay SoundPod?

Google may cancel your audio notification services for various reasons

• If they failed to collect service fees with daily settlements for 30 days from the day of first default.
• If your merchant profile is inactive.
• If your merchant account has been closed.
• If your payments profile is inactive or if you violate Google Pay business app policy.

Will I get a refund if i cancel the Google Pay SoundBox subscriptions?

There will be no refunds after the audio alerts services have been set up. If you wish to still cancel the services and return the Soundpod device, agents will collect the device after a cancellation request is raised, however, there will be no refund.

What’s the Languages supported on Google Pay SoundBox?

GPay SoundBox will support multiple regional languages like:
